Grits for Breakfast: 'How to curb rogue prosecutors,' or, 'The gatherin...

Time to take a stand to make a change and right the wrongs that happen from the lawenforcers to The American Industrial Prison System...the time is RIGHT...RIGHT NOW...let your legislators hear your voice, demand change. Stop appointment of Judges, no lifetime appointment for Supreme Court or anywhere else.Judges go to Judge College, get a degree in being a Judge, apply for the Job and get hired on his/her merits of job performance. No longer should a District Attorney, Attorney General, be allowed to be appointed to a Judgeship. They run on their sucess record of cases processed, ask how many of those cases were plea deals and how many went to court, then you decide who upheld The Constitution/Bill of Rights. Just my thoughts and opinions, Flo,PAPA

Perry proposes government overhaul

If you agree that changes need to be made in the corrupt payola judges that have lifetime appointments please let Gov Perry know you agree, ending the cushiony seats of the congress people is needed by term limits will eliminate a lot of the corruption in congress, the only way the Criminal Justice system is going to change is to remove the corrupt or those that have the opportunity to become corrupt off the back of prisoners...ask Gov Perry how he plans on doing this to get it through congress and get the Constitutional Amendment to change the Judge LifeTime Appointment????
